IIS and server variables that goes "missing"

Hi!

I have a “strange” problem. The reason behind this is probably because I’m new at this 😊

The problem is this. Let’s say that I protect Account/Login in the shibboleth2.xml file. When login is called the IdP does its thing and returns upon success. If I at this point accesses the server variables everything is fine and all the data is there. But as soon as something else is accessed like an index page all the server variables from the IdP and Shibboleth “disappears”. This seems to have been working at some point because the app I’m using is TestShibDotNet but with a different Idp. Anyone has any suggestions of what I might be doing wrong? The solution I’m thinking of is to move the server variables I need into the session so that they don’t get lost.
