It's certainly possible to have 2 source attributes:

But I think there's an implicit OR rule applied to the set.  The example sounds like you want an AND rule applied to the two source values.

 
You also wouldn't get 0 returned unless you defined a second ValueMap for 0 with obverse conditions; you'd get no value at all.

 
I would just write a simple ScriptedAttributeDefinition instead.
