SAMLtest.id game-ready

All,

I've watched the usage of SAMLtest.id grow quickly since the service was
first mentioned.  The errors have been as expected and I hope reasonably
visible to testers.  Thank you so much for helping me feel confident in the
SAMLtest we've built.

As a reminder, it has many features useful for the modern Shibboleth
deployment:

A)  Support for subject-id and pairwise-id
B)  Latest and greatest Shibboleth software
C)  Logout, both SAML 2.0 specified and redirect-based
D)  Maintained, with various features to come

Available as a free community service at https://samltest.id/ and supported
by the same friendly faces. :)
