My bad, I wasn't aware that was necessary (or even possible, but
Dependency is one of the "common child elements", so the docs are
clear), but I misread the FilterTemplate page and simply (and quite
obviously) missing the Dependency from the DataConnector on the
AttributeDefinition.

(I never had a case where the DataConnector depended on anything other
than the resolutionContext, and I think a Script has access to all
defined attributes w/o Dependencies so maybe that's what threw me
off.)
