IDP3: Is it possible to add a second recipient endpoint

Though in this case I would think just properly virtually hosting the IdP at the second domain name would be the obvious thing to do. There's nothing to fake here, just do it the way it's supposed to be done with whatever web server you're using.

No, but as with anything in Java you can always write a servlet filter to fake anything.
