I keep coming back to this but: Who can?

If the only reply to be given to error reports regarding TestShiub is
"The TestShib service may be broken, we don't know and we can't do
anything about it"
maybe someone should ask Internet2 to remove the part from
http://www.testshib.org/test.html where it mentions sending questions
to this list here?

Or is it anyone on this list who is referenced in the statement that
TestShib "is now maintained by a community effort"?
