change of response URL

Ok then I am unable to fetch email id because samlResponse is in
https://mydomain/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST and browser is not stopping at
https://mydomain/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST rather it is redirecting to home
page.
I have tried to test on testshib steps were:
1. Upload my metadata
2. Generated shibboleth2.xml as sp as put it on my server.
3. Restarted shibd and nginx.
4. Tried to open login page, got error:
SAML 2 SSO profile is not configured for relying party

I am stumped. Please help.
