shidb.exe crash

Hi, the service provider unexpectedly crashed over the weekend. 
Unfortunately, my shibd.logger was set  to "WARN" so I have no stack trace
(DEBUG messages) in the shib logs.  I'm wondering if anyone could provide
any advice as to how to mitigate these events in the future.
