Using value maps for RBAC

Hi folks,

Although the wiki does not specifically say this works, I am using multiple <InputAttributeDefinition ref="xxx"> elements in a single Mapped AttributeDefinition with the "expected" result.  All of the values from all of the InputAttributeDefinitions are fed to the mapper.

Also, although you’d need to check the documentation you might be able to add multiple <InputAttributeDefinition> statement, I’m away from my desk right no so I cannot check.
