IdP v3.4.1 contains v3.4.0 files

I presume that OpenSAML itself didn't need updating for any of the issues identified in IdP 3.4.0 and there isn't a separate tag in git:

I'd conclude that the inclusion of OpenSAML 3.4.0 with Shibboleth IdP 3.4.1 is totally normal and expected.
