Getting PowerFAIDS NetPartner to work with Shibboleth 3

Ah, my bad. I don't use that format anywhere.
So for this and only this format using metadata does not work.

Would adding a property (idp.nameid.allowUnspecified?) to allow use of
metadata with this format make sense? Or are there too many other
overrides and activation conditions and whatnot necessary anyway to
make "unspecifified" work with some specific content that this doesn't
make things any easier?
