Getting PowerFAIDS NetPartner to work with Shibboleth 3

Yes. Your metadata specifies the entity id 'NetPartner' (and that is what
is hard-coded into the SP itself). When the activation condition matches
the NetPartner entity id, it will generate a NameID with format unspecified
from your netPartnerStudentID attribute.
