Getting PowerFAIDS NetPartner to work with Shibboleth 3

Tony, when you set "p:securityConfiguration-ref="SHA1SecurityConfig" in your relying-party.xml, did you have to define SHA1SecurityConfig somewhere?
I am receiving the following warning and error in my shib logs when I attempt to add the line:
