TestShib SP metadata problem

Hello,

I have been trying to test some IDP changes with the TestShib SP.  I
have successfully used it in the past, but am having no success today.
I've uploaded our metadata (now multiple times).  Has the process
changed somehow or is the service having problems?

You've attempted to login using an IdP I've never heard of. I don't
know where to send you. You might have made a typo (watch out for
https), or you might've forgotten to register with TestShib Two or One
first.
