SP is not using X-Forwarded-For behind load balancer

I'm sure there are alternatives to do it with older versions, just probably more manual with mod_headers or some such.

The main reason you really, really want to do this is logging, the Apache logs won't have the right address in them if you leave the SP dealing with it, and that's just a mess.
