Adding attributes to external IdP response

I realized after I sent my response that it was more ambiguous than I'd
meant it to be -- there's no specific objection to buying, we'd just hoped
that it was a common enough use case that there was an open-source solution
that wouldn't be too painful to get going.

Looking into the COmanage stuff now, thanks again. It's definitely been
used elsewhere around here, but not in a way that appended extra attributes
to requests. Still feeling my way around in the dark, but their docs about
"Organizational Identity Sources" look like they might get us closer to the
answer.
