mdui extensions for CAS services

Hi list,

I've just managed to add our first CAS service to the IdP 3.3.1.

However, the login page looks a bit ugly to me, as just the incoming URL
is being displayed (as matched by the c:regex in cas-protocol.xml).

Is there any way to define mdui extensions like [1] for CAS services?
Or must I add custom logic to the IdP's .vm templates?
