jetty v9.3.x

Hi,

Just attempted to upgrade from jetty v9.3.18 to 9.3.22 (latest 9.3.x) 
and the idp container will not start.
I reverted back to 9.3.18 and everything is working again.

Is this a known bug/issue or do I need to start digging around in logs 
to figure this out? The only thing I
see in logs now is a WARN regarding something about 
org.eclipse.jetty.util.MultiException and no ERRORs.
