Receiving unable to locate metadata error for testshib sp for IDP siteminderidp.shaku08.edu

So this small "Id" is causing all the issue. If that additional "Id"
attribute is removed from SAML, it should be good. Is that
understanding correct ?

IDP's malfunctioning SAML is
