AuthnRequest Generation Webpage Contribution

Debugging AuthnRequests can be painful and there are limits to my patience
and capabilities in mocking up Unsolicited requests to spoof them.  There
are online tools, but they're simplistic, by design.

Dan Malone from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo wrote a really cool self-contained
webpage that uses Javascript to do all kinds of helpful AuthnRequest
manipulation from decoding to encoding and submission.

Sorry for the plug, but this is invaluable to me as IdP operator, and I
think it will be to a lot of readers, too.
