Never heard of. Ah, liblasso + python.
Of course SimpleSAMLphp and pysaml2 (pure Python) are options, too.

I personally found that too limited/limiting. Yes, it has a GUI for
all things under the sun, but that was mostly annoying or didn't
behave as indicated and often I completely failed to get it to behave
in a way I wanted (say, saml2int).
