Finally my issue got resolved.. as suggested it was attribute mapping issue.

I have injected below mapping in attribute-map.xml file along with your
suggested change.

<Attribute name="urn:mace:dir:attribute-def:uid" id="uid" />
<Attribute name="urn:oid:0.9.2342.19200300.100.1.1" id="uid" />
