Oddness with AWS hosted IdP(s)

IIRC, that was a Jetty logging bug fixed quite a while ago. I ran into it several times.

When the container doesn't start, you can't expect the IdP to log anything, it's not running yet. The log you got is exactly what you're going to get and exactly where to debug it.
