You did not answer my question: Is the property that
idp.attribute.resolver.LDAP.bindDNCredential points to defined, i.e.,
what's the value of idp.authn.LDAP.bindDNCredential in your
ldap.properties?

That would be very weird. Have you compared the config directories in
detail? E.g.
$ diff -Naur config-server1/ config-server2/
