Yep, Ubuntu 18.04 ships broken packages that depend on libcurl3...

Hmm why not? I hope building against libssl1.1 and libcurl4 will fix this.

Erm... nothing! :P We currently don't have any SP packages for Ubuntu
18.04, only a "shibboleth" meta-package that depends on the versions in
Ubuntu (since those are currently the latest). And yeah oops I didn't
notice the libcurl conflict before.
