Reverse of IdP Discovery Service

Generally speaking, my perspective on this in terms of the IdP is that it's odd to implement an overly complex technical solution inside the IdP when anything you would have to configure to let it do that would be just as easily applied locally to produce any sort of "portal" page you want.

But if there's really some sort of demand for "give it an entityID and get back a page with some basic UI customization based on the metadata and a link to initiate SSO to it", file an RFE, it's an hour or two of work at most and anybody else could do it easily too.
