SP - attribute policy file not reloading on changes?

Quite right! I modified the file and then monitored the log file to see if the
change was detected. This was on a test server - so no other users - it was
only when I actually tried to SSO into the local resource, via shibboleth, that
the change was then detected!

Apologies for the noise. I should have actually tried logging in before calling
for help.
