HTTP 503 - Service Unavailable - Metadata Provider Issue

Hi Nate,

Thanks for your reply. 
The top part of my metadata-providers.xml file (the part with
ChainingMetadataProvider in), is from the default file. Do i need to keep
this in, or can i delete all the examples out, and just put in:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
	
	    <MetadataProvider id="HTTPMetadata"
                      xsi:type="FileBackedHTTPMetadataProvider"
                     
backingFile="%{idp.home}/metadata/testshib-providors.xml"
                      metadataURL="http://WHATEVER"> 
        </MetadataProvider>
          

As as test? As when i do this (filled in of course), i get the 503 error
again. As at the moment i am only wanting to get it up and running, using
the test-shib metadata, so would i still need to chain this?

Hope that makes sense, and apologies - my knowledge is limited currently on
this!
