HTTP 503 - Service Unavailable - Metadata Provider Issue

Hi all,

I have recently been tasked with installing a new Shibboleth IdP deployment
at my place of work, as our older one is still running IdP2, and needs to be
upgraded. This is the first time i've used Shibboleth, so apologies if this
question may be an easy fix. We are running on a Windows Deployment, with
'Install Jetty' selected.

I wanted to test the IdP with TestShib, before we register with the UK
Federation etc. However, whenever i add the Metadata into our
metadata-provider.xml file, then i get a HTTP 503 error. If i then remote
the information, my IdP starts up fine again. I have pasted some of the
error log below that occurs:

I have attached the Jetty Logs, as well as the metadata-provider.xml file.
