Ignore SessionNotOnOrAfter attribute

Hello experts,

After logged in our system, users are being logged out after 60 minutes of session.
We found out that IDP is sending SessionNotOnOrAfter attribute in SAML requests.
Is there a way to set Shibboleth to ignore this attribute and not log out the user after 60 minutes of activity?
