TestShib metatadata

Hi,I am trying to access TestShib metatadata @path
https://www.testshib.org/metadata/testshib-providers.xml<https://www.testshib.org/metadata/testshib-providers.xml>  
its not accessible now, though it was accessible a few days back. Any
pointers to resolve that will be very helpful.Thanks in advance.Regards,N
