Shibboleth Error- Shibboleth Extension caught an exception

As per your comments

size. That's all the SP has to go on"

If you are referring to the Content length setting in teh request filtering 
in IIS it has been set to the default value both at default website level
and application folder level  to 30 MB. We did not have problems in the old
server with this same content length.

In the new server even after I tried to increase the length to 1 GB and when
i tried to access the URL  , we still see the same error on the browser. on
the native_warn.log , there is no update/ error on the log

Our application uses F5 load balancing URL 
Could you please let me know if I need to revisit any other settings on
IIS\Shibboleth to resolve this issue .
