Shibboleth Error- Shibboleth Extension caught an exception

Hi ,

We  have been using Shibboleth 2.6.0.0 and OKTA for SSO and it has been
working fine so far . We recently had  migration  activity for the server
where shibboleth was installed  from location to another . the process of
server migration just is a copy of the old server to the new server ( only
the server name and IP address changes)  . Once the new server was brought
up  after migration and shibboleth was started , We get past the OKTA
athetication and after which We have been facing the following error  page
when we access our application at Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST  "Shibboleth
Extension caught an exception, check Event Log for details."

There is no error in the event logs. When i had checked the native.warn.log
the following message was seen :
"ERROR Shibboleth.ISAPI [3376] isapi_shib_extension: Size of request body
exceeded 1M size limit"

But when we did take a network trace , the Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST had a
200 status and fiddler trace noted that the POST had a size of only 13KB and
was not 1MB.
Could you please help on this issue. Please let me know if further details
are required.
