REGISTER: Metadata upload failing.

Hi, yesterday I noticed our ShibbolethSP test environment was no longer working.  It indicated our Metadata wasn't found.  This was working on Friday 1/12/18.  I tried to upload our Metadata again but am getting the error.  "Something horrible happened. Please contact the Shibboleth Users list."  Is the system currently experiencing any issues?
