SP with multiple Tomcat instances

I was able to figure this one out with the help of 
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/CONCEPT/MetadataForSP
and 
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPApplicationModel

The point that I was missing is that the endpoints are looked up amongst
AssertionConsumerService entries and not entityIDs. 

For each port-based virtual host, I duplicated the AssertionConsumerService
entries for the SP's metadata on the IDP, changing each of the Location
entries to include the port, and incrementing the index entries so they
would be unique. Now I'm back on the happy path.
