testing with sp.testshib.org not working for me

[Mathis, Bradley]

Any updates on this?  I'm assuming broken for more than just me,  but no
one else is complaining so just wondering.      I'm able to work on other
things but it sure would be convenient to have this tool available.

I appreciate any time spent on fixing it.
