If you want in depth help, then as a consortium member, the way you get it is via the support desk in JIRA. On the list, from me at least, you get casual, "as time permits" glances at the message and a few suggestions. I won't dive into complex problems here. Anything involving the word "logout" is complex.

The University of Oxford is a member, but there's only one account set up for JIRA access, so I will forward you the contact offlist if you want to request access (he would have to add you to the page).
