Expected Shibboleth 3.4 release date

I was able to backport it with a minimal amount of effort into 3.3 to do some testing I needed to do. One thing I discovered in doing that is that it needs a little bit of additional work to be viable, though for one-off testing it's fine.

Q2 is probably possible if we dump the logout changes. With them, it could easily be Q4, and I don't think we can wait, so I wouldn't be holding my breath for a different logout implementation. It depends on the SP shipping, and if that slips, the IdP will.
