...24x7 support services for Shibboleth as well as consulting services?

Are there any firms that provide 24x7 support services for Shibboleth as
well as consulting services?  If so, would you please provide the contact
information to me?

We have an outside consulting firm installing, configuring, and testing
Shibboleth single sign-on software (with a MariaDB/MySQL backend database)
but the consulting firm does not provide 24/7 immediate support in case we
need it.  Initially Shibboleth will provide SSO services to our Ellucian
Banner 9 ERP system (replacing Ellucian's Ethos Identity [WSO2 identity
server] software) using the CAS protocol as well as Box and another cloud
provider service using SAML 2.
