Shibboleth SP3 Premature Session Expiration

Thanks to Scott and Michael Grady and to let everyone know. 

In the AWS environment, if your SP sits behind the AWS Load Balancer, you
need to set both 
checkAddress and consistentAddress to false.  It's not the best solution but
it does resolve the problem of inconsistent session expiration.
