Shibboleth SP3 Premature Session Expiration

Here's the shibd log

as you can see it created the session at 7:48AM.  I didn't do anything on
the system, because i'm the only person using it right now, then when I
clicked on a link in the application at 8:03AM, the session was removed and
then redirected me back to the IDP.
