Shibboleth SP not redirecting to the deep link

Thanks for the message Peter. This is intresting

So when SP sends the request to IDP i see
RelayState=cookie%3A1545084642_2861
 in SAML request and in SAML Response i
see the same thing being passed by the IDP. But when i go to
/Shibboleth.sso/Session it says "Valid session was not found"
