Deprecated warning question/inconsistency

Given the unbelievable complexity of trying to maintain all these warnings (I'm serious, you wouldn't believe how much work is going into it), the best thing to do is to file bugs with specific configuration examples anytime you think there's supposed to be a warning and isn't or if there is and you think it's wrong. It's so complicated half the bugs are warnings that weren't even supposed to be there, and there are still more things that should be deprecated and never got noticed.
It's more work to try and guess than to just research a specific case and close it out either way. If it looks wrong, chances are it is.
