SP 3 for Debian?

I know the Shib Consortium doesn't maintain the Debian packages, but I'm hoping someone on this list can help.

Looks like the mainstream Debian packages for the Shib SP are still on V2. The Switch installation docs for the SP make it sound, however, like Switch has SP V3 Debian packages. However, after following the instructions on that page, our system is still pulling in V2.

Are there Shib SP V3 packages available from Switch or anywhere else?

This is for a Docker image, and our developer would prefer to use Debian for the base. But if we can't get V3 now, we might switch the base image temporarily.
