Reloading Services/Metadata in SP 3.x

All,

Is there an equivalent mechanism to the IdP's:

curl -ks https://localhost/idp/profile/admin/reload-metadata?id=SAMLtest >>
/dev/null

in the SP?  I think I used to be able to trigger a reload by touch
/etc/shibboleth/shibboleth2.xml, but unless I'm just too burnt out, that's
a point of delay.
