shibboleth 3 SP not outputting attributes ?

I do not have a choice about using headers, that is what our software requires.  It doesn't matter what the header name is though - I can define it to be anything.

There is no such header and you should never try and treat it as one. Only the old ISAPI module keeps populating a fake header with that name.

You should not use headers regardless, there shouldn't be any reason to do that. I documented that fact ad nasueum all over the new material.
