I did not try the old plugin on V3, I had used it on V2 though.

A couple of questions:

1) Did this work with the old ISAPI plugin in V3? (before you swapped to the new one?)
2) Are you using the latest SP version (3.0.2).  This had an important fix to the new IIS plugin which might change this behavior.
