Google Apps + v3 Idp (again)

I know this is an old post but I wanted to say thanks for posting this
information regarding idp3 and google.  I'v scoured the internet searching
for how to do this with idp3 and found several variants  but your examples
worked with just a slight tweak on the attribute-resolver.xml example.
