Impersonation in IdP v3.3.2

Hi Josh,

I was just working on back porting the 3.4 impersonation features from HEAD into my production 3.3.2 IdP. I mentioned to Scott that the strategy used did not work with the CAS profile support. He replied that you had run across the same issue and had potentially fixed it or created a completely different flow to handle impersonation. If you are amenable, I'd be interested to take a look at what you have, or at least discuss it.
