TestShib metadata issues?

So I uploaded metadata for both a IdP (entityID: 
https://mis.jlab.org/idp-proxy) and an SP (entityID: 
https://mis.jlab.org/sp-proxy) and neither can be tested.

Both are showing in the entity list, but and when I send an AuthnRequest 
from my SP to the TestShib IdP, I'm getting a "Message did not meet 
security requirements" error.  The log shows nothing of value except a 
line that states "SPSSODescriptor role metadata for entityID 
'https://mis.jlab.org/sp-proxy' could not be resolved".

When I try to test the IdP using https://sp.testshib.org, I get an 
error: "Unable to locate metadata for identity provider 
(https://mis.jlab.org/idp-proxy)"

Seems like there may be some issue with metadata uploads to TestShib?

I'm definitely not a newbie to SAML or Shibboleth as I've done a number 
of SPs and IdPs internal to my organization, I'm just trying to get a 
federated SP working.

Can someone help me?
